So, I'm the guy who posted about positions and such in pregnancy. We actually had more sex during the third trimester than during the first two combined! It was really powerful to celebrate our love knowing this was how we got our baby in the first place. ;)

During labor, my wife had an episiotomy, and now it hurts when we have intercourse. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to help ease that discomfort from the healing?

I know first hand how painful that can be! Did her doc not give her something to help ease the pain? From what I remember of it, I think this is something that you just have to wait to heal. If it's been a while though, then I suggest calling her doctor and telling them the situation that it hasn't healed and see if there is anything that can be done.
