33 year marriage in trouble

I don't know where to turn.  My husband and I own a business and the recent years have been very stressful.  I had breast cancer a few years ago and the chemo had me in the hospital more than out.  My body is not what it once was and the drugs have caused me to gain weight.  There has been no intimacy for quite a long time . . . by that, I don't mean just sex . . . there has been no cuddling, kissing, etc.   I feel so lonely and do not know where to turn.
