I've been married for 2 years and had been with my wife for 2 years prior to getting married. We have 2 amazing 18 month old twins.  We have had a very good marriage even with having twins which can be very difficult but we never fought and worked as a great team through it all.  About 3 months ago things have gone down hill and my wife has all of a sudden changed. She's a totally different person than what she has been for the years that I have known her. She doesn't really smile or laugh anymore or show any emotion. We went from having sex 3-4 times a week even after to kids to maybe once a week if I'm lucky and even that she doesn't seem into it. I have it in the back of my head that she might be cheating on me with someone at work because I saw a text from a guy there which was late at night. For the next couple of days I would sneak and look at her phone (I know I shouldn't have but It was driving me nuts). There were several texts from this guy nothing risqué but kinda flirty. I think she knew that I was looking at her phone because now she hides it at night and keeps it on her at all times but stills continues to text on it non-stop when she never did before. I have tried several times to talk to her about how I feel and how she's changed so much even to go as far as telling her that I was so unhappy that I was thinking about leaving.  Of course she denied that she had changed and really showed no emotion even when I told her about me leaving which kills me. And she is still acting the same way. I don't know what to do, I love my wife but i am just so unhappy. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Even though the twins are 18 months, have you ever considered she's going through postpartum depression? Or have you looked at symptoms. I suggest to everyone I ever know that's having problems in their marriage to read Love & Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggrichs. it's not a miracle cure, but it helps both spouses to understand each other and how the other one works. I know it's hard. But marriages weren't created to be easy. Never give up no matter what. There's a reason you married her and she married you and there's a reason God put 2 beautiful twins in y'alls lives. Also, I'm not sure if you're a confrontational person or not but maybe consulting to her friends or even the guy you're suspecting things of. Yeah he may lie about their relationship whether it be strictly business professional or if it's something more but you can always read someone's body language. Good luck to you in everything. Never give up. God bless.

Even though she did not cheat yet..there is something about that guy that she likes, it is something that won't last!!! She will grow to see that you have always been there even if she went behind your back and cheated! She is human, action teach better! I advice you to keep your kids firmly together make them happy! Continue loving your wife, keep yourself closer to God! Your wife will struggle and come back home where her real happiness is!! Don't neglect her, don't stop telling her what you feel..let her learn the world
