Hi there-
this workshop seems interesting.  Ironically, one of the few things my husband and I have in common anymore is our mutual distaste for all things religious.  I know the FAQ assures that religion is not front and center, but I read through a lot of the posts and there's a lot of Christian and bible oriented references.  I know the seminar providers won't bring it up but if all the other attendees are very religious, it'll be unavoidable.  By any chance do you have a seminar for the non holy-roller?
thanks!

Not sure what you picture when you say holy roller, so I'm not sure how to answer your question. People attend this workshop who are atheists, as well as those who are religious. I am a Christian and never hide my beliefs. However, I treat everyone with respect - whatever their belief or value system - and do not try to force my beliefs on them.

Yes, God and religion come up at these workshops because it is a part of the lives of our participants. Similarly, one atheist who recently attended talked about his conviction that there is no god and no one offended him or took offense from him.

If your negative reaction to religion is because some religious people are oppressive, judgmental, and sometimes just mean, I feel as you do. I want to see a person's religion demonstrated in his/her love and care for people rather than shown through dogmatic thinking and behavior.

Love to have you in our workshop, but I would be deceitful if I said God won't come up. He always does. I hope you find what you are looking for.
