I feel myself struggling to move forward and even moving backwards. My husband has finally asked the girl who worked for him and whom he had an affair with (lasted 10+ months) to resign. She should be gone soon. My husband is pretty depressed and stressed out. I get that, but I don't think he realizes that I have been that way for months. I can't talk to him about how I feel without him getting upset and saying that I am throwing things in his face. Now that we are finally nearing the end of his contact with her I feel like some of the old feelings about the affair are re-surfacing. I thought I was doing better than I am. Is this normal? I feel like we need real marital help. He is depressed. I am depressed. I want to be in a better place - together.
