I have been married for a year now, marriage is tough but were stronge, as of lately no. I recently found out thanks to facebook, that a girl who lives in the states claims to be having a relationship with my husband, and that she came up to canada two months back to visit him.

I approached him about the situation, and of course he tells me that there is nothing going on, that she came up here on business and left the very next day. I never asked her into detail about anything because it will probably hurt to much,

I am not sure what to do, i know none of you can tell me either, but maybe some adivce or feedback would be great.

I guess it comes down to whether you believe him or not. However, if there's something going on they can't just communicate on Facebook. They'll be calling each other. If she happens to make another "business trip" up to where you are again, I'd say that should add to your suspicion. But also keep in mind that you should consider him innocent until proven guilty.

I wish I had some words of wisdom, but that's the closest I have.

The question is do you really want to find out the truth?   If so you got to be prepared to deal with the hurt.   I would start by looking at his cell phone records ( I guarantee they have talked on the phone more than once if an affair is happening).  Also look at all his credit card bills, there has to be a paper trail of restaurants or hotels where a credit card was used.  Then there smaller clues like change in appearance, different attitude towards you, and change in intimacy.    If he is not confronted (with more proof) soon , the relationship may continue and grow stronger.   I hope nothing but the best,  I have been down the road you are on.  Good luck.
